Ah, come on. I'm sure it's just one big misunderstanding. Contempt of court? Really? I'm sure EAPH "legal eagles" are all over it.
Here is a prediction: By this time next year, if EAPH isn't history, the same stories will be rehashed OR a new set of stories will make their way on the landscape with the excuse "Old Facts don't count anymore".
