Overall the fact that they can't dilute anymore is a huge piece of the puzzle here, in theory the supply should be gone sooner or later at the ever same price range but then again I already thought that for some time but now the no dilution fact should be worth a lot. I guess they intent to file again otherwise why reduce the A/S right unless I'm missing something.
