This will be opened up to others at the appropriate time. They're only taking the most credible and where the legal merits are the most serious and significant. There is a spinoff for minor but relevant complaints too.

None of these will impede any ongoing or new investigations.

I just had to sign up today because I just use this site to browse. In none of JDPfund posts does he provide any evidence of his claims regarding fraud or investigations. If he could provide a link or anything to substantiate his claims, then I would give him some credence.

I am just as aggravated as every other investor out there at the lack of communication and transparency, but I won't lay false allegations against them. Libel and slander to destroy the reputation of a company is just as illegal if not proven.
