there is no bid/ask on gray sheets ..I do not think trades are immediate even if there is a match ..you will prob be able to sell at .0002 but it may take some time ..it may happen quicker at .0001? not sure of that though

there is no bid, ask, or market makers. it's a matched trade scenario due to banishment to the grey market. You place your order, if someone has a matching request, the trade is matched, if not, nothing happens. But, highly improbable anyone would want it due to the fact that it is literally nothing and has literally zero chance of ever being anything.
