How many people wish they would have listened to jtara, TorF, LT, Zock, FW2SS, and a host of others?
Had they listened, they'd have liquidated and would have lived to fight another day.
How many dreams were shattered by ignoring the truth, namely that the company was a shell designed only to enrich those who it employed and those who were its friendly financiers.
The vaunted patent portfolio with all the highly touted and poorly understood IP never made it to trial on the merits and for 20 years the gullible shareholders were essentially denied their day in court.
Not one trial to determine whether one single patent was being infringed upon, and whether or not the company was being damaged in any way whatsoever by any single defendant? A bunch of settlements which repaid the friendlies in spades and prolonged salaries and benefits for the grifters employed, but not a single dividend, ever, for the long suffering sheep???
It's the material for a movie or book, that's for sure.
