Agree, and BOS posted something very similar a few months ago. Before his post, I was more of a lurker and not a consistent poster. But he made me realize that was selfish of me, so I started posting more regularly. I hope others will choose to do the same.

Very Valid point.
Most of lurkers are afraid to say which proven to be wrong and many justify there wrong is correct.
Human nature is complex.
I post when I differ with few otherwise if it mentioned here I feel no need to repeat the same.
