While it’s nice to still have a distribution agreement with Mojave Jane after we let High Hampton acquire them instead of taking advantage of 100% ownership ourselves, I still see this as a loss for us. High Hampton said their cash infusion into Mojave will increase production to 100 L/month (from a previous 30L/month), generating $1.25 million/month in revenue. That could have been ours. Obviously we were too cash poor to make this happen, but I would have hoped we could generate enough revenue from our new distribution license to make this happen with Mojave. In turn, that $1.25 million/month could have funded building out our Paso Robles nursery, etc. It remains possible that this leads to bigger things with High Hampton, but it looks like we gave up easy money. As of now it looks like a net loss.
