Yes, that's the same article posted...here's more DD I did.

In the article they discuss four companies doing shady business...these are the four companies.

Cryptobloc Technologies Corp.; New Point Exploration Corp., Green 2 Blue Energy Corp.; BLOK Technologies Inc.

I haven't been able to track any of the current LIHT management team..to the Bridgemark Group....which is a good sign.

Marapharm had two board members resign this year...Yari Nieken and David Alexander.

Alexander was being investigated for the Frac Sand issues.

Alexander and Nieken are both a part of BLOK Technologies.

David Alexander listed as CFO

Yari Nieken listed in corporate profile as Director

What is quite interesting...is neither one lists Marapharm in the respective corporate biographies.

That suggests a less than favorable departure from Marapharm.

BLOK Technologies is one of the four companies listed in the BCSC investigation.

So far...it looks like LIHT has been doing proper board and management cleansing. Ethics is one of the biggest downfalls of corporations. Ethical lapses cost corporations billions in lost value and lost shareholder confidence every year. Rebuilding shareholder confidence is costly and time consuming.

I think LIHT has been doing a lot to improve the corporate image and reputation.
