This is how shareholders can make a difference. If enough shareholders do the same...collective voices are much louder than single individuals voicing opinions. I think it's very important for shareholders to get the message to management...before the shareholder meeting...so it could be a topic of discussion.
I too sent a carefully worded message to IR last night.
The resolutions for adding more shares, and more options...will have to be voted on by the shareholders. Changing to a Performance Based Executive Compensation Policy...can be changed by the board of directors. . Shareholder pressure can change a boards opinion.
For the good of the shareholders and the company...I hope we make a difference.
