I am going to give you my honest opinion. You aren't screwed yet. As long as they don't announce r/s and and the SS is still intact.

#1) You need to verifiy how many NOTES are left.

#2) You may have to wait until the "next qtr" earning to reel in NEW INVESTORS to break-even.

When the filings shows $10million dollars thats when you can feel a little stress at ease...

Absolutely not. You aren’t screwed. Continue to average down if you have the resources. This merger has created a multi-million dollar company. Debts have to be paid...but once they are done.....
