I totally agree that a BP or two is definitely interested. Whoever has the first right with the signed Term Sheet better bring in a good offer since IPIX can possibly turn them down (depending on whatever legalize is in the possible signed Term Sheet Final draft if drawn up) which might be all dependent on what the BP hears while sitting at the table with IPIX at the FDA meeting.

that was not the question. OF COURSE they oughta be interested, if anyone is paying any attn at all.

The real question is why no deal yet give the potential. We can all agree that there is incredible potential - any fool can see it. So why therefore no IBD deal? No B OM deal? That is the real mystery here
