did an offering at .50 for 10M shares which dropped the share price....I estimate the OS to be about 14M now (4M on last 10Q + 10M added shares). Would put the market cap around $5M currently with revenues exceeding $10M through 9 months.....10K should be out in December.
They also seem to put out news almost weekly. seems like a no brainer with the gap to fill...charts gravitate towards them
