I had 1370 as the top of the SPX channel. That's when the college funds came out:

Since then, the Nasdaq broke an uptrend line:

The NASI/7EMA had a crossover as did QID:QLD with a 5ma/13ma
crossover.

I find it better to move in and out in segments.
