One guy responding to my request to get RD on the BOD said he had 10% of the stock. I don't quite know what to make of that...

You are still serious about this? I mean, if you get 20% of the votes then I don't have much of a choice. That's how I see it. I may even learn to love the "job". I can't really say. Right now I think it's a crazy idea like most people. OTOH, I think I do have some qualifications and I can be of help. So that's how I feel.

You will lose me on here. But you will lose me anyway if I have to sell my shares.

Btw, I just learned from Peter that they will address the stock dividend during the conference call. We have to get rid of some uncertainty here.

There is only one person with >10% ownership (Garret) - unless this certain someone follows his/her own rules and chooses not to file a form 4.
