I been asking myself that same question continuously.. lol In the end, i just figure there HAS to be a reason for it.. I mean really... I see a TON they can drop PRs out on to drive this. Why wouldn't they? It only stands to reason that they are waiting to time the PR drops during the biggest volume times of the year.. Also Up Listing may have part to do with it as well.. More Eyes on the stock.. No Matter What, they are going to have to drive this at some point, there is No Way around it.
