I am all for uplisting but this wont fix the issues. Look at it ACB, they got uplisted to NYSE few weeks ago at around $7.50s, they are tradning now at 5.50s.
Farm bill will lift all MMJ/MJ market, on top of that winter has been good for those stocks too.
