Your reasoning doesn’t apply. Big board scams are very different than penny scams. MNG* is a penny scam.
Your biggest red flag has a logical reason that is being addressed, and has actually been reduced from $1+ million in debt to around $300,000 last I checked. Him not telling shareholders was just poor communication.
Everyone speaks differently. My buddy is running a company valued at $80 million but talks like a sailor. It’s what he’s capable of doing that matters. Private company, though.
Really well said myantis ...I totally agree with you on the CON call...have you heard this interview, it’s absolutely FULL of LIES imo...he stumbles, he gets flustered, makes up imaginary deals of which none have ever eventuated, gets dates mixed up AND cannot stop saying “Perfect Storm” in the last couple minutes while in panic mode....it’s actually HILARIOUS
