ROII registration revoked. Despite the company filing 2 10Q's and one 10K the company accepted the A.L.J.s revocation of their stock registration(s). Should the company decide to file a FORM 10 to try to re-register with the SEC the company's deference to the A.L.J.'s authority to revoke their stock registration(s) should bode well for the company with the SEC.
