The fastest way to get money into your account is wire transfer. When I physically hand the broker i use a check, it takes 1-2 business days before I see the money in my acct. When I call up my bank do a wire transfer to my account, from the moment I hang up the phone, to the moment the money appears in my brokerage acct is about 10-20 minutes
