I've seen a few come back to life... This one is obviously done in it's current form. The giveaway is the lack of any communique since last July. That's a long time considering EMA and Actus financial resolutions appeared to be close to an agreement. Vic surley would have updated sooner had it been positive. At least that's my take on the prolonged silence.

Actually yes I have. Not that these guys will, but NOUV hase done that very thing and then some in the last month.
