HAHAHAHAHA..Please, that is too funny. It is like saying that Frito Lay is not the same corporation as Pepsi. Okay, let me be serious...the corporation decides what and how it wishes to operate and its entities do as told and report back on the money they have made and if it is not enough executives get replaced and the strategies changed. Glenmark USA gets their company budget from the Glenmark Corp...AFTER convincing them their strategies are worth the investment.

Jeez, Louezze!

Not true. . .completely false:

Glenmark USA is a completely separate corporate entity as the Glenmark from India. My interns figured out early on these are 2 distinctly different companies, different management, different financials, different sales capabilities

Now had Glenmark India inked a deal with Elite, it might be worth a closer look. But Glenmark USA is a whole other ball game

I had my 4 interns just run tests and checks to insure they are the same company and they concluded that it is in fact the same.

Case closed.

One more time...What is false is this...

Glenmark USA is a completely separate corporate entity as the Glenmark from India.

Glenmark Corporation is the parent company of Glenmark USA. Such a distinction is clear to business interns and if not, I would fire them. In any event...

On 6.4.18 I posted this about Glenmark...

Now, I sent an email to An Phan, Director of Communications at Glenmark USA and told him he and his company were in trouble because of the alleged cyber-violations and trademark violations and then I saw that they were using a Glenmark-pharma-USA email address... www.glenmarkpharma-us.com so I emailed that they had better cease and desist. Then I also called the following number 201-331-4218 and guess what? It announced it self as Glenmark USA! What temerity! Perhaps we should call the FBI!
