Just talking out loud , you would think if you had a couple million shares you would be ok. now people with 50 or 60 K shares may get squished out. At the current PPS as there is really no value. but just think of the people that bought those 60K shares @ .05 holy crap what a mess. So really I don't know how they would decide it but the PPS at that time could dictate it I suppose. never been through that before.
