Because NOUV is basically bankrupt they will either have to increase the authorized or as you suggest do a reverse split. Either way its BAD NEWS for the future of this already garbage ticker.

You can’t do a reverse split if you are NOT current. So many companies state that they will have a reverse split to scare shareholders to get out. They will than release a press release that they won’t have a R/S to cause excitement. Happens all day long with OTC stocks. This one will easily get in the .003-.004 range with millions/billions of volume.
