RJB: I think they need to be fair with every Shareholder as those invested own part of the business, so unless it's price sensitive information, there is no reason why a brief note on the FLPC website cannot be placed to give you all some idea what is going on. It is easy to do and would take ten minutes to post the short statement.

If no Phone calls or email's are being answered, it points to one thing. Disconnection from the Telecom's & Internet Server. If you have a good memory, you may recall that FLPC didn't pay their Internet bill a few years ago. If it goes through the same one line, they may not have paid the bill. That's the simplest, most obvious reason. However, it may not be anything to do with it, but just a logical guess?

I wrote a brief note to Bob a little while ago posing the same question. because I am not 'Local', if you have the Phone Number to the Office, which I'm sure you do, ask your Phone Operator to do a line test and see if it's still active and taking calls. If it disconnected, they will tell you. That then, will speak volumes.

Try it, then place the response on the Forum. A simple task?

Trust you had a good holiday weekend and you enjoyed your Thanksgiving Day with your family and friends.



As you know First Liberty Power is involved in a small mining venture in Nevada and the company did assist in getting the Fencemaker Mine properly secured and initial mining completed.

Moreover, First Liberty Power Corp was a not the major shareholder or operator of the mining venture in 2014.

Beginning in 2015, the company has worked on that in addition to other environmental and government regulations that the original operators left when FLPC acquired Stockpile Reserves LLC.



Presently, the company management team is working on several items, including the final concentrate processing of the ore that already has been mined.

CEO Nicholson and I did a visit to the mill site and had a two-day meeting with the Mill owner and management team .

The mill is expected to schedule the processing of this ore material in the current quarter, if all goes according to the plan.

If that event does occur and once the mill operation has been completed, the company will now have the actual concentration levels of the previous mine ore and other mineral results.



The management team also reviewed the Fencemaker mine site on the trip and the regulator process needed to reopen the mining operation was discussed at length.

Expectations are most likely spring time next year.

Again, the timelines for this venture continue to have adjustments as the funding requirements for every step have to be secured from the management team.



As for the OTC listing, the company is re working the necessary information and filings to re-list in the pinks from the “gray” market. However, the time table for that is on a month to month bases. Optimistically the expects that the OTC item can be completed sometime in 2019. Again these are the management teams’ expectation looking forward based on the funding required to complete the operation.



Again, as summary, all funding for this mining venture continues to be supply by the management team and the use of the monthly contributions are influence by the monthly challenges which influences the speed of getting items completed. Management, since 2015, has remain committed though all the challenges on reopening the mine and getting a concentrated milling operation for the ore.



As for you questions, we go to VM on our local and 800 numbers so we do not miss any calls. I have personally tested both numbers and just today, left a return message with a phone number. We also are in contact with numerous shareholders on weekly and monthly bases that contact the company via IR email and/or leave a VM to call them with an update.
