I’d already read that, but I didn’t catch that NYSE-MKT was a different entity than the NYSE.

I thought they meant that the NYSE was actually the NYSE-MKT now (but no one calls it by its entire name).


In that case they’d need 400 public shareholders, 500,000 shares publicly held and average daily trading volume of 2,000 shares for prior 6 months and a share price of $3.


As well as:

Shareholders’ equity = $4 million.

Pre-tax income required in last fiscal year or two of three most recent fiscal years = $750k.
