As I said there is no way to tell now whether they are restricted or not. They did not provide the debt notes or advances in the exhibit to explain the share exchange.

Not to mention in the last filing they did on OTC it said the outstanding was 18,138,665:

Common Stock – 18,138,665 as of April 30, 2016


So the numbers in that 8k are wrong as the said 363,224,21 shares outstanding IF that number includes the 350m given to Hemingway - a former officer when it traded as Force Fuels/FOFU.
