FFF,

Well, is there a current legal requirement that says a FINRA MEMBER FIRM may continue to report a SHORT POSITION in ACCR or must they cover within a certain period of time?

In other words, can they stay SHORT REPORTING forever, if they wanted to? Almost 6 months and they are unable to cover..... what will 2019 and 2020 mean? And at what point to these become "AIR SHARES" that are being reported SHORT in my company stock?

PATRICK
Thanks in Advance!
