We have a company with a CEO billionaire who owns 92% of the O/S and has pledged to fold in assets as well as continue to acquire more outside entities. Get in now, or when it is much more accurately valued higher, that is one's choice.
For now lol. And it's actually closer to $3MM if you include the other acquisitions/LOIs.
I also just realized that Reliance Captial Group LLC bought out all previous ownership... the IPO IP was going to have Efficient Propert Management oversee day to day management of properties... EPM is a subdivision of RCG... thus we could expect to see the IP and/or EPM aquired soon
