Actually they aquired two companies... for 16MM restricted shares... and IMO they did it this way to have an asset on the books, under new leadership, to avoid a shell status or yield sign on OTC markets.

In OTC your worried about 16M restricted shares for about $1M a year in revenue I thought that was unusual. Look at the PPS when that news came out now look at it now. Which way did it go, up or down?
