From what I can see, the Farm Bill will be wrapped up by December 14th. They want it done under this Congress, Congress adjourns on December 14th. Also, the WHO reports their findings to the United Nations on December 7th. Would think that we are going to see a spike, but who knows. Hemp isn’t a definite although the House Majority Leader, Mitch McConnell has given a guarantee it will be included. Not sure if any of it is real however.
