I am correct about Chapter 15 bankruptcy -

Filing Chapter 15 - means the bankruptcy will be governed by the US Bankruptcy laws.

"Under Chapter 15 a representative of a corporate bankruptcy proceeding outside the U.S. can obtain access to the United States courts. It allows cooperation between the United States courts and the foreign courts, as well as other authorities of foreign countries involved in cross-border insolvency cases."

Yes, it will. BIOAQ is a Delaware Corporation. It ultimately will be determined by US bankruptcy laws.

Which means the common shares WILL be cancelled.
