I think that's probably an ok strategy for retail with a small amount in this. May as well go for it if you can afford to lose it.

Anyone with real money in this though would want to at least hedge with some preferred. It's just the smart way to play it. At the end of the day you have to look out for yourself, no one else will. Having my money anywhere near the sec letter/fake escrow account crew just scares the hell out of me.
