"We have been for some time, in discussion and negotiations with multiple parties who have the ability and interest in making very large investments in the project. There are investors that are capable of financing the entire project. Some are interested in financing chunks. It's typical to have multiple investors at multiple levels. The good news is we have fielded interests and are in discussion with multiple parties."
