The only flaws in your argument are that who will buy a power source which is 3 times more expensive than the best alternative, and is neither green or renewable ?
Your post makes a better argument for wind, solar and hydro, but there is a fallacy that Fuel Cells can play a role in the grid as a generator or even as storage.
