1) GIFA Inc DID NOT EVEN EXIST as a NV filed corporation until LATE 2017.
2) FRFS, the former company (now a subsidiary of GIFA Inc that will be administratively dissolved) they filed a SEC 15-12G which means THEY WERE NO LONGER REQUIRED TO EVEN MAKE SEC FILINGS....LOL....lets just stick to SIMPLE VERIFIABLE ACTUAL FACTS HERE....
3) ANY SEC FILINGS for year 2017 would be CARBON COPY DUPLICATES FOR old "Firefish" which conducted NO BUSINESS and had NO OPERATIONS in year 2017. NONE. There is NOTHING TO FILE FOR YEAR 2017....ZIPPO....
4) GIFX is NOT required to even file for year 2017, DEPENDING ON MULTIPLE METHODS their attorney William Aul can use to "COME CURRENT" with the SEC and show the reverse merger as being completed. The most likely being the filing of ONE, ONE "SUPER 8-K" and it would contain in it, ALL THE PRIOR FINANCIALS in tabular form to bring the company to "CURRENT" to WHATEVER PERIOD THAT SUPER 8-K COVERS...and it can cover multiple YEARS and include within it an AUDITED 10-K if needed...ALL IN ONE MASSIVE SEC FILING...
TOTAL MYTH to claim that there are "missing GIFX 2017 filings"...they are NOT EVEN NEEDED....they "could" be filed if attorney Aul chooses that route - but he has several options on how to finish this reverse merger and bring GIFX "FULLY CURRENT" which he's already told SEVERAL CREDIBLE POSTERS via email WILL HAPPEN and "HAPPEN IN A TIMELY MANNER" and Aul has NEVER, EVER FAILED YET to do what he said he would do....
I'm sticking with a 38 year SEC EXPERIENCED ATTORNEY ON THIS ONE..oh..who's also a PROFESSOR OF SECURITIES LAW and "expert witness" for same....I think he knows what the hell he's doing and how to get it done...via whatever HE SEES as the most expeditious and LEGAL WAY...
ANY FALSE NARRATIVE of this being a "SCAM" is BS NOISE TO ME...NOT ONE SHRED or ONE MICRO IOTA of actual due diligence is provided to prove or support those BOGUS "CLAIMS"...just noise and BS....
