17 plus million shares today..

This Stock has had plenty of 17 Million per day ...and 20 Million ...and 30 Million...and 40 Million...and guess what !!! It goes nowhere but Sideways for over 9 Months now...The question to ask is WHY ??? Why does that continually happen with no upward movement??? I know the answer...Most don't want to hear it...
