Actually the account payables are up substantially as well. Usually that isn't a positive but for SIAF it can very well be a positive. Because if SIAF/CA gets paid within 30 days by TRW, and SIAF has to pay their suppliers within 30 days as well, then any contract for CA by TRW has zero impact on cash flow for SIAF. That would be an ideal situation and I think that's what we could be looking at. But we can't be sure about this. But you would expect TRW to pay their bills quickly at this stage.

they cut and paste contracts to themselves and put the debts in the hands of surrogate third parties and they convert and sell the debt as common stock - there's no business except this "business" of converting shares.

look at the total volume traded daily for 10 years and be "amazed" that is adds up to all of the stock issued since "inception" it's freaky and it's true.
