Second Thoughts ?

Ken Vande Vrede: Man with the green thumb IMHO

Who is left to help Derek manage his three state empire ?

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I thought I would key in on "Ken" and see how he is doing since being terminated 6 months ago from $TRTC

Hopefully experts in the field that have contacts across the USA as it relates to obtaining licenses can comment on "Ken's" chances in New Jersey versus TRTC..........

On April 13, 2018, Kenneth Vande Vrede was terminated as the Chief Agricultural Officer of Terra Tech Corp. (the "Company").

Today, less that 6 months later Ken is CEO of "Hillview Med" "is planning to invest $1.5 million to open a medical marijuana dispensary two blocks away from St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center ".....

It appears Ken's goal is getting people healthy and not high IMHO !!

PLease use all resources possible so shareholders can follow the progress and see how TRTC will outshine ? Hillview MEd........

"Hillview Med can produce a pound of marijuana for under $400, VanderVrete said on Thursday. He said applicants who plan to open a warehouse and use electricity will find it difficult to get below $1,000 a pound."

"Hillview Med has leased the 5,000-square-foot former Concentra Medical Center building on Levine Street for the dispensary, said Ken Vande Vrede, chief executive officer for the startup on Saturday afternoon."

It appears Ken's new company and TRTC will be competing for the same licenses in New Jersey. ?

"Vrede said cannabis will be grown for the dispensary at his family’s Pequannock facility that currently grows tomatoes"

"About us
HillviewMed is committed to growing the safest and most effective medicinal marijuana for the qualified patients of New Jersey. Led by the Vande Vrede family (known for USDA Organic Certified, Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI), and Non-GMO hydroponic farming for three (3) generations) and an award winning, diverse executive team that has excelled in medicinal marijuana around the globe, HillviewMed is focused on cultivating the highest quality cannabis in an environmentally sustainable, proven greenhouse environment.

With state-of-the-art facilities and the space New Jersey needs to be able to serve the growing demand for cannabis by qualified patients, HillviewMed will be operational within 30 days of being awarded a license, and can be delivering quality cannabis products to New Jersey patients in less than 6 months, scaling to full production on 9 acres of dedicated canopy within one year. The patients of New Jersey deserve to be served and our flagship ATC, located in bustling Paterson and blocks from St. Joseph's Hospital, will do just that."

"Fifty years ago the VanderVrede family delivered tomatoes from the farm in Pequannock to customers in Paterson. If the state allows, the family may soon replace the tomatoes with medical marijuana.

Gro-Rite Garden Center & Florist has applied for one of six available state licenses to grow medical marijuana on its 150 acres of farmland in Pequannock and Belvidere under the name Hillview Med. "
