Thanks, Chemist. If Webb, Alpert and Co don't really care what happens to the share price on the OTC because their plan is to simply build the AUM and the profits that will follow, it would seem like a waste of money to uplist to a major exchange. At least until they're ready and wanting to cash out, no?
