Yes, it would. Don't forget that our illustrious leader in Washington DC said that he wants to tack on funding the help the California wildfires on to the farm bill because it is about to be passed. If this is true, then I believe it should be any day now, as those funds wont do California as much good six months from now. I am no expert but I suspect they could use that money right now.

The vote for hemp has had overwhelming support during voting . It passed 20-1 when it was introduced. As far as I remember there was only one guy that didn't like it and he threatened to file amandment but then he never did it.
There was never issue with hemp in a bill. Farmers are looking forward to it.
