lol. the sec did not request nor require any information from the company. the suspension automatically ends after 10 days. it can not, by law, be extended. this company will trade on the greys for the foreseeable future. it will not get off the greys in 30 days. a continuing investigation and further enforcement action can take up to 5 years and unless the sec issues a " no action" letter, no mm will sponsor a form 211 submission. no suspended company has ever returned to normal trading in 30 days.your otcm information is totally irrelevant. otcm is not a regulator. the sec does not give a shit about otcm ce designations.
