Seeing the published requirements for the late filing provision, company needs to have put all reasonable effort to have it out on time. It shouldn’t be a case of timing. There should be stricter penalties IMO. But whatever, they’re playing the system... Or maybe it’s legit waiting on information from outside that should’ve been in a long time ago.
