It seems, since all cryptos are falling and XRP has been holding up fairly well in this recent downturn in my opinion, that now was the the perfect time to drop a load on the circulating supply of XRP. Who would notice since all cryptos are down and falling.

You never know, all this could be is to dump billions in circulation.
Ive seen this before , have a product have several customers, make everbody believe and then dump shares.

I just dont believe it, but anything is possible.
