Better check again. Institutional ownership at 5.2% as net am't added since last measure. Moreover 1 more institution added.
When you have the interest such as Raymond James, Fidelity Fund and other high profilers and respected firms taking a stake, it kinda makes PSTI a diamond in the rough and QUIETS the noise coming through from those amateurs who do not subscribe.
