Cashless Warrant = Share Buy-Back!$!$
In the long run, it means a share buy-back!

Awhile back, Largo sold shares to raise money. These shares came with a warrant, or a right to buy more shares in the future at a certain price. If the warrant was exercised, the buyer would pay Largo cash in exchange for more shares. Largo has more money than they know what to do with. They're simply saying to investors with warrants, how about you keep your cash (cashless) and in exchange we'll give you less shares. In essence, Largo is beginning to buy back shares since they're offering cash that's owed to them in exchange for shares.

Good Luck To All!$!$
