You may not quite understand, the private company thought is not a new one. I asked Sam about this exact same thing years ago, and of course he said certainly not.

Ever since then it has gone down the path that looks like it. We are getting close to post reverse split price, with another one on the way. If the first split didn't get us to the big boards what makes anyone think this one will either. All I know is a shareholder pre split now has less shares and approaching same price post split with another take away coming.

There has been no more shareholder advice taken now than then. Sam just keeps cleaning house.

Luke,

I was under the impression the iGourmet purchase was not only to do business in the B2C space but also to expand northeast core ops leveraging the warehousing space available. i.e. distribution point from which to expand into the northeast and reduce some costs.

Have you asked Sam about this ?

While I don't think Sam is a "turnaround specialist" by any stretch of the imagination, if the acquisition of iGourmet was just to takeover and streamline a struggling business and hope to turn it only ..... bad move. But if it is something they thought they could stop the bleeding on and turn within a year AND expand core business into new markets ...... different look to it.
