I don’t know. But a few weeks ago I bought a CBD infused latte at a local coffee shop. And one of my patients walked in with a juice cup that had CBD infused in it from a local shop.

That sounds like you live in a very 'progressive' State. Do you mind to say what State you live in? I've always wanted to know anyway. Ha.

As far as I know, drinks like this are not available in Kentucky.
