" Don't know why he would make an optimistic post "? Come on now, remember he is a Pink CEO. Maybe because he needs to sell some shares?

Sure, you will have 40 days once it's announced but the stock isn't going to wait 40 days to tank. If you have ever been involved in an RS you know the stock tanks on the days it's announced. Why would investors wait 40 days to sell? With an absolute guaranteed RS hanging over their heads why would the share price not drop over the 40 days?

He made his comment well be fore the Q3 and he had no idea the stock was going to take a 28% hit on the Q. I think at the time of his comment he still had hopes of a miracle that the stock would run to .01. I dodn't think he would risk an S1 now without an RS because he knows that .01 has to hold. Not for a day, or a week, or a month. It has to stay above .01 and with the wild swings the stock has had that isn't likely.

In addition, what would happen if our Market Cap increased? Would this increase the PPS?
Really? The PPS doesn't increase because the market cap increases. The Market Cap increases because the PPS increases. If the share price takes a dip so does the market cap. Market cap equals PPS times number of outstanding shares.

Why would he make an optimistic post?
Why would he put out a PR that gave his shareholders the impression that Supreme Sweets had $25 million in Rev. and 300 employees? I showed links from the start that this wasn't even close to the truth.
As it turned out the company had more like $1 million in rev. and a few dozen employees.
Some wil, say now that they didn't take his statement at $25 mllion in rev. and 300 employees but if you were to go back and read the post at that time it is the impression that the vast majority of the shareholders got from his PR. How would it be taken otherwise?

From his PR on Supreme Sweets.
Founded and managed by Mario and Barbara Parravano, Supreme Sweets brings over 70 years’ of experience in the food industry, encompassing the creation of unique product lines, designing manufacturing equipment and a business with over $25mm in revenue with 300 employees.
