From the shareholder update:

1. We are continuing to recruit physicians in the USA and abroad.
2. Patients are being treated in the USA and abroad.
3. We are continuing to expand our marketing capabilities.
4. We are continuing to develop our patent portfolio.
5. We are cash flowing
6. We are continuing to grow the business.

For some reason I like number 5 the most. It will all come together IMO.
