Yes Bio and considering we are going get sued by big tobacco for having iron clad patents...

Once the filing is out of the way and then the FDA can go forward.
I believe that since the FDA paid for and was informed on all the clinical trials our route to approval of the PMTA may be very short. There has to be a non-addictive tobacco available to replace combustible product.
